Wyatt Holtsclaw is licensed in federal and state courts for both Texas and California. He began his legal career practicing in California doing public entity defense which included civil rights, employment, and personal injury law. He next moved to an Employment Law firm where he focused specifically on advocating for employee rights. Later, he opened his own law firm where he practiced a mixture of civil and criminal law.
Mr. Holtsclaw graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He practiced as an accountant with varying degrees of responsibility up to a Controller for 5 years. He then attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami and graduated Magma Cum Laude. Mr. Holtsclaw’s current practice focuses on employee rights advocacy.
In his free time, Wyatt enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with his family.
