Justin Mueller’s practice spans a variety of labor and employment litigation matters. He represents employees and small businesses in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, such as the Texas Workforce Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the United States Department of Labor. He handles litigation matters at the pre-trial, trial, and appellate levels.
Justin earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the South Texas College of Law. While attending law school he was a member and assistant articles editor of the South Texas Law Review, and he co-founded the South Texas Veteran Law Students Association.
Prior to joining Kennard, Richard & Robinson, P.C., Justin served in the Louisiana Army National Guard, completing a one-year deployment in support of Operation Iraq Freedom (2004-2005), and worked as in-house counsel for a global construction and engineering company.
