Connica Lemond is a Senior Counsel in the Houston office. Her career consists of repeated positive results supporting clients with complex legal matters, litigation, and negotiation.
She began her career representing immigration clients before the USCIS and in removal proceedings before transitioning to be a labor/employment attorney. She has represented individuals, small businesses, and even well as Fortune 500 companies in employment related matters. In addition, she has arbitrated several union grievances on behalf of her clients. Her experience with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act made her an invaluable resource to her past clients.
She earned her J.D. in 2001 from the University of Houston Law Center, her B.A., in 1998 from the University of Chicago. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Texas, the Southern District of Texas, and the Western District of Texas.
