Mr. Rodriguez is an Associate based in the San Antonio office and represents clients with all aspects of employment litigation all over Texas. Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice in the State of Texas as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Mr. Rodriguez has successfully represented clients with claims of discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination arising under the Texas Labor Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as other areas of employment law.
Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate from St. Mary’s University School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Rodriguez was admitted as a student attorney working for the Center for Legal and Social Justice where he had the opportunity to represent indigent clients in their effort to protect their rights. During this same time, Mr. Rodriguez had the opportunity to also intern at a non-profit where he helped low-income Texas residents with a variety of legal issues including employment matters.
Mr. Rodriguez is fluent in Spanish and can assist clients accordingly.
